Passive Perfect (Past) Tense

How do you change an active past tense to a passive past tense?

1. You change the fathah on the first letter of verb to a dammah
2. You put a kasrah on the second to last letter of verb if there is already not a kasrah there.

The conjugations of passive tense remain the same as active tense, however, in passive tense, these conjugations reflect the attributes of the object, not the subject.
Conjugations of active past tense reflect the attributes of the subject. Passive voice does not contain any subject. It only emphasizes the object of the verb.
